Chelsea Bridge Wharf, Battersea, London

                                  

Set in a prime central London riverside location, Lanson at Chelsea Bridge Wharf comprises of 220 apartments and penthouses. Harris Carpentry provided  Berkeley  Homes  with all aspects of carpentry and joinery including:

The prestigious landmark development, renowned for its exceptional quality, is at the cutting edge of contemporary London living and design. Harris Carpentry are overjoyed at having been involved in such a high-ranking project.

Royal Arsenal, Woolwich, London

As a focus for regeneration in the Woolwich area, Berkeley Homes have planned to create town houses and apartments at the historic Royal Arsenal, which dates back to the 17th Century. The development not only concentrates on new builds, but also the refurbishment of a number of listed properties, including two Grade 2 listed buildings. The development, comprising of 1200 units, is expected to continue until 2015. Harris Carpentry has recently completed  the construction of The Warrens, buildings A and B.

Rialto Homes

Westfield, Hampstead, London

Westfield is an exquisite and exclusive project comprising of nine apartment buildings incorporating 145 apartments and penthouses. The development benefits from four acres of green land surrounding the apartments, whilst still having great views of London.

The completed project won the Evening Standard award for 'The Best New Apartment 2000', a competition recognised as the most distinguished in the house building industry

Ferry Quays, Brentford, London

Situated where the River Thames meets the Grand Union Canal in a vibrant part of West London, Ferry Quay's is made up of stunning 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments set over eight blocks. Harris carpentry works comprised of first and second fix joinery including real wood timber flooring.

Victory Hill, Basingstoke, Hampshire

Victory Hill brings contemporary city living to Basingstoke, comprising of 484 apartments set over 11 blocks. The one and two bedroom apartments and striking penthouses provide modern urban living, with views over the town. Our works comprised of all first and second fix carpentry woodworking and joinery.

Kew Riverside, Kew, Surrey

Before St James made their regeneration plans, Kew was a former Thames River treatment works. Now Kew Riverside Development is a prestigious riverside development comprising of 536 apartments, town houses, detached houses and the apex leisure centre, set in 27 acres overlooking the River Thames.

Building of phase one began in August 2000 and the final phase completed in February 2006. Harris Carpentry are pleased to have been awarded all six phases.

Our works comprised of:

•	Specialist joinery to staircases
•	Real wood flooring
•	Roofing carpentry incorporating traditional and G.R.P dormers, chimneys and canopies

The completed project has won a number of awards including the Best UK Development and Harris Carpentry are delighted at playing a part in its achievement.

Kingswood Chase, Chislehurst, Kent

Located in the exclusive Chislehurst surrounded by three acres of woodland, Kingswood Chase consists of 39 houses and apartments, including seven apartments refurbished within the manor house.

The highly desirable selection of new a refurbished luxury homes range from two and three bedroom apartments to six bed family homes.

Our works comprised of:

•	Cut and pitched roofs and
•	All first and second fix carpentry and joinery, including the manufacture and installation of oak staircases

The completed project recently won the Daily Mail UK Property Awards Best Development 2009 and we are delighted at playing a part in its achievement.

Queen Marys Place, Roehampton, London

Queen Marys Place is an exclusive new and refurbished development set within the historic grounds of Roehampton House. Harris Carpentry is currently working in Blenheim Gardens, a new release of eighteen stylish 2 and 3 bed houses within the development. As a company, we continuously strive for true excellence in all our work and we will ensure that the utmost quality is achieved throughout this project.

The Hamptons, Worcester Park, Surrey

Inspired by the architecture of New England and the rural English landscape, The Hamptons Development is set in 60 acres of which half is dedicated to open parkland. The development comprises of apartments, town houses, detached houses. We are pleased to have been awarded phases two and three.

London Golf Club, Ash Green

Harris Carpentry is thrilled to have contributed towards the Club House and Greenkeepers compound at the famous London Golf Club, host to the European open. The buildings, surrounded by picturesque golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, are unrivalled in their excellence and we are very proud to have been a part of this project.
